She rolled her eyes at him and walked forward, pushing him aside effortlessly, "I'm hear to see J.J.. I want to have a chat with her."

Diving into panic mode, Keen tries desperately(failing) to stop her from entering, "Sh- she's sleeping right now, listen, Miss- Madam- fuck it- who the fuck are you and what do you want?"

Nomei stopped, turned, and grinned at him.

"Oh, I'm just a friend." She paused and looked at him seriously, "One who's worried about her."

"Right, baby steps then," he says under his breath, "so if you're a friend of hers, how come I've never heard of you?"
his attacking question ends with a tone of remorse and a hint of disgust, "you're one of her "vanguard" mates i take it."
he says Vangaurd as if it's a dirty word.

She grinned at him, she didn't like his tone but she sure as hell wouldn't let him know that, "Ah, so you know about us then, that's good, saves me some time."

He doesn't even try to hide the hate in his eyes. But even through that hate, he un-clenched his brow and fist before opening his mouth, "she's just in my room," his voice sounds concerned and as he leads Nomei down the hall, "I'm going to warn you, you probably wont like it when you see her." he opens the door to his room, what is revealed is a bedroom with only moderate litter splayed around the floor, table and bed. the among the litter are the clothes of 'you have 2 guesses and 2 answers'. on the bed lies Juliet sprawled on her stomach, the only article of clothing left on her is a grey panty that gave up half way up the thigh and what bit of the blanket that made it's way over her left hand and legs. Keen sighs and head over to her grabbing he blanket and reset it over her. it's at this point that Nomei also noticed in finer detail that the table looked like its uses are probably primarily that of alchemy. this is hinted at by the fact that there are what seem to be vials and sugical needles organized. the bed table next to Juliet has an empty needle rested atop.

Nomei sighed and rested her face against her palm, "Alright speak, human." Nomei spat, once again raising the Fear by a tone.

"Jesus fuck, you don't even give me your name, and yeah my wards are for piss but just barge into my house. shows just what fucking people shes gotten into with-" he pauses, taking a quick deep breath before continuing, "She came here last night, crying her fucking eyes out. So I... ... she asked me to make her feel nothing so I helped her with that."

Nomei's eyes flashed with anger, she turned and stalked towards him; when she spoke her words were cool and even, each word enunciated and heavy, "You, did, what?"

"it's... it's a sedative. if you've noticed my little hobby I've got going, I've got a nack for interesting things," he says as he points to his alchemy, "I got the idea after watching Inception if you've watched-... it puts the user in a dream state. she gets to have whatever world she wants for whatever time I make the potion, she started about two hours ago- factor in rem sleep sooooooo 14 hours she's been in there."

Nomei glared at him, then sighed, "How long until she wakes up?"

"usually wears of an hour from now... knowing her, about half." he stands up and puts a shirt on (enjoy those abs while you can). he rests his arms on his hips and sighs, "come with me, I'll get some tea ready and we can talk while we wait, I'm sure you have questions... goodness knows I have some..." he leads Nomei to his dinning/ living room, "like your name for instance..."

"I don't have one. You can call me Nomei."

"Well that's progress, I don't have many questions so i start off withe obvious one... what happend?"

Nomei looked away, "She... she went along with one of our less reasonable allies plans and as a result someone died."

Keen Bites his lip, "that's slightly better, i didn't delve that deep into it but she kept making it out to be her fault when she first got here."

"It... wasn't her fault but..." Nomei sighed, "she wasn't in a state of mind where she should have been out with us, and she should have known better. But I'm not here to lecture her... Ellie and Inigo have done enough of that."

Keen pauses a moment before reclining into his seat, "I have something to say about that... but before I rock that particular boat is there anything you want to know seeing as you've just stumbled into Juliet's seemingly worst kept secret?"

"Worst kept secret my ass." Nomei whispers to herself.

Keen cracks a smile, clearly finding the moment amusing.

"Err... I don't particularly care who you are as long as J.J. - as long as Juliet - Is safe with you." As Nomei finished her sentence she tightened her grip on the table, cracking it slightly.

He snorts, "I'm honestly kind of happy you don't, the last "friend" of her's who found out, i had to take an earful from cause she thought I was a drug dealer."
His tone rapidly shifts from what looked like genuine amusement to complete deadpan, "so then lets cut the bullshit and get to the point."
he gets up and goes to grab the tea pot, "I'm going to ask one very important question and I want you to answer it honestly." he pours to glasses and walks back offering Nomei a cup, "Can you do that?"

Nomei smirked at him and said, "Probably not," her tone shifted to seriousness, "but I will."

He puts the her tea cup next her on the table and sits down, "Why, oh why, did the Vanguard, a group well know for getting into very dangerous life-threatening situations, let a 16 year old girl with depression join them?"

"I... uhm... well... I... don't really know." Nomei stuttered out. "To be honest, I think Adam or Inigo or Ellie wanted to help her get her life on track and maybe keep her on the right side of the White Council."
